Who these terms cover
These terms apply to Orbi Service App, the housekeeping app operated by Orbi Hotels, Khimshiashvili str 7, Batumi, Georgia. Questions: orbihotels@gmail.com.
The app is a work tool for hotel staff. It is not a public or consumer service. By signing in, you use it for that work.
Your account
The hotel issues your username and password. Do not share them, and do not let someone else work in the app as you. You are responsible for activity under your account.
If you turn on Remember me, the app stores the username and password on that device. Turn it off on any phone you do not control.
The hotel can close or change the account. You can ask for the account and the personal data tied to it to be deleted, as described in the privacy policy.
How to use the app
Use the app for assigned housekeeping work: tasks, comments, photos, and notifications. Photos and comments you add are work records of the hotel. Do not put personal material in them that the job does not need.
Switching a room’s electricity on or off in the app is logged under your name, with the reason and the time. Only do it when the hotel’s instructions for that task call for it.
Work you save while offline is kept on the phone and sent when the connection returns. Stay signed in until the app has synced, or that work may be lost.
Hotel Wi-Fi listed in the app is for hotel operations. Do not use the app to join networks you are not allowed to use.
Do not try to break, copy, or misuse the app, and do not use it to handle guest or hotel information outside your job.
The service
We provide the app for hotel operations. It can be interrupted for maintenance, a bad connection, or a fault. Housekeeping work still follows the hotel’s own instructions if the app is unavailable.

Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version at https://docs.orbigroup.cloud/policies/orbi-housekeeping/terms.html. The date at the top is the date of the current version. Continuing to use the app after that date means you use it under the updated terms.
